Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and amazing amenities. Christian, our poolside/beachside server was wonderful—extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel as at 80% capacity when we were there but it felt like 20%

We had the best experience at the resort! If you go and visit don’t miss Javier the bartender he was absolutely amazing and made the experience so amazing when going out with friends!

Excellent service at every venue (Marola, Nina and the bar). Javier the bartender is super friendly and very skilled. I'd recommend having a cocktail and sitting at the bar!

We spent several days in late February at the Saint Regis Cap Cana, excellent hotel and architecturally stunning. We stayed because of the proximity to the Punta Espada golf course, you walk out the side door and can go out to the driving range. The pools and beach on this property are hands down the best in the area, plenty of room to spread out, good service and quality amenities. I thought the prices on food were very fair, lunch seafood entrees at Marola were about $30. For a St. Regis, I’ve seen prices that are double at properties of similar hotel class. Rooms were well appointed and quiet too. Great hotel if you want to relax in an upscale, elevated setting without the noise and buffets of the typical all-inclusive in the DR.

What a pleasant surprise. We moved to this hotel because our previous property had no more room when we were stuck during the blizzard at the northeast how lucky we were absolutely stunning property although we were only here for a full day. We got a sense of peacefulness and calm. the pools were amazing as were all the facilities. The buffet breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve ever ha. so many offerings. we dined poolside, which had a perfect menu of light bites.Reymin who serves at the pool was fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly. We loved all the modern features that were in the room. We didn’t stay long enough to use our butler, but it was nice being offered it. We look forward to returning and staying for at least five days. Thank you Saint Regis.

It’s ok, like a 8/10. Not exceptional Great service. Beautiful rooms and resort, Food is great at La Ni?a, average elsewhere. Very limited food menu in the morning or at the pool. Probably one of the best you can have for Dominican Republic, but not as good at other St Regis

Visited with family of four adults. The property is so beautiful with attention to every details and need. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and maintained. The employees went above and beyond to make our stay lovely with kindness and a servants heart. This includes housekeepers, butlers, pool staff, bartenders, spa staff and waiters. The lunch and dinner restaurants were wonderful as well. The chefs did an amazing job pulling together flavors of the region. The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, was not as great as I had hoped. The charge seems high for what is offered. The omelets were really good but the other items were not so great. Maybe leave off some of the high priced meats and cheese and make the food better quality at a lower price.

This hotel in the Dominican Republic it’s absolutely stunning. Our room was beautiful from the living room to the bedroom was all glass and the coffee bar and snack bar has a great selection. The bathroom is my favorite double sink and vanity the large open concept is my Favorite part. Our butler Laurent was on top of everything she made sure things went smoothly. Beach view from our suite was absolutely beautiful. The food was all delicious and they had a great selection. The food is great quality it’s not too salty or sugary just the perfect balance. The food in the US is way too over processed and unhealthy ingredients. I love the clean food of DR. Jefferyson was an awesome server he went above and beyond. We wanted bread from another restaurant and he made sure to get that for us. Nina restaurant is my favorite restaurant at St. Regis. Our breakfast crew were so funny and attentive they truly made sure we started our mornings great. Heaven outdoor restaurant the food snack is really and the waiters were super nice. My husband loved the spa he stated it was the Best massage he has ever had. The staff at the spa were all great from check-in point, pedicure, facial was awesome. It was pricey but worth it. Also you do not need to bring sunscreen they have 30 SPF and the 50 SPF. Enjoy their pool it’s a very nice size. This hotel is fairly new but everything is stunning. I will most definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff all St. Regis !!!

My husband and I left the resort this morning after a 5 night stay and felt truly at home. First and foremost the resort is absolutely breathtaking. From the architecture to the design and furnishings it blew us away. The most impressive thing however is the staff. We connected with several staff members who were exceptional at what they do. It made leaving hard but the thought of returning as soon as we can is in large part because of these amazing individuals. Our butler Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and decorated our room with rose petals and left champagne and a cake for our anniversary. He truly made our last night at the resort a memorable one. He was always there for us whenever we needed a reservation or a recommendation. Juan and Wellinton were equally awesome each morning at the breakfast buffet and always greeted us by name and a big cheerful smile. We dined at Marola twice in a row because of our excellent server Morelia. I was really craving a garden salad with a variety of fresh vegetables and while not specifically on the menu, she made sure I got exactly what I was hoping for - beyond expectation actually. Such a seemingly simple thing but I have been elsewhere and not had accommodations such as this. We laughed about my “special salad” as we retuned again. What a wonderful experience being waited on by her! She is truly a treasure. Chrismely our server at the pool knew I loved enjoying the loungers in the pool to get sun and even thought to bring one of the round tables into the water so I could rest my drink and enjoy my time even more comfortably. Little details, attention to guests comfort and anticipating their needs are the things that separate good service from the best service. All of the servers at the pool - some who’s faces I know but who’s names escape me are awesome and so attentive. I loved the call buttons at your chair and the coolers with boxed water on ice as you arrive and get set up were a great touch! Jose in the St Regis Bar is a standout mixologist who’s skill and excellence must be experienced. He puts so much passion into what he does and his drinks are the finest you will experience. We mentioned that we love bleu cheese olives in our dirty martinis and while the bar didn’t have them he invited us to visit again the next day and surprised us with bleu cheese infused vodka! Wow. Very cool and so thoughtful of our preferences! Israel at the pool had our chairs set up with towels waiting for us this morning as we walked up to the pool on our last morning after breakfast. While the gentleman we usually saw each morning wasn’t there he made sure we were looked after by leaving word with his team. They got to know where we liked to sit and anticipated our preferences in advance. This is an example of the staff truly treating the guests to VIP service. Details like this made our stay so memorable and we cannot wait to return again.

I went in with slightly lowered expectations after seeing mixed reviews online, but after a three-night stay I have nothing but positive things to say. The views throughout the property are beautiful, and our room was spacious and well appointed. We were assigned butlers (shout-out to Evelis!) who checked in regularly without ever feeling overbearing. They were helpful arranging clothing pressing and coordinating housekeeping at specific times. Nina restaurant was a standout, and the cocktails and service at the St. Regis Bar were excellent. The fitness center was spacious with a wide variety of cardio machines and strength training options. My only critique would be the cold temperature of the pool water. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this property and would gladly return in the future.
